Return and Refund Policy

Returns for Hygiene-Sensitive Products
Most of our products, including shapewear and undergarments, fall under hygiene-sensitive items. For this reason, these products may only be returned within three (3) days of the delivery date and must remain sealed in their original packaging. If the product seal has been broken, the item will unfortunately not be eligible for return or refund. This policy is in place to ensure proper hygiene and product safety for all customers.
Returns for Size Exchanges
Customers may return certain products for a different size if the item has not been worn, used, or altered in any way. This applies to items such as waist shapers and other non-underwear shapewear products. The item must still be in its original condition and packaging and must be returned within three (3) days of receiving the order.
Returns for Waist Shapers and Non-Underwear Items
Waist shapers and similar shapewear products that are not classified as underwear may also be returned within three (3) days from the date of delivery, provided they have not been worn and are returned in their original condition and packaging.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within three (3) days of receiving your order. Once the issue is confirmed, our shipping partner will arrange to collect the product and return it to our warehouse or factory for inspection.
After verification of the damage or defect, the customer will receive:

Return Shipping Process
Once a return request is approved, our designated shipping company will arrange collection of the item and return it directly to our facility. Customers must ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging for collection.
